and life has been generous to me. I am confident of that because I have the privilege to work as a therapist. With intentionality, I get to use this sacred space to help others create a more meaningful life for themselves.

I have specialized in working with women of color for decades offering them empathic support utilizing effective evidence based interventions.

Across the lifespan, from children to those facing weeks or days to live, I have worked with the marginalized, the broken and the traumatized . Despite even the most desperate of circumstances, I have seen hope in their eyes , I have met the resilient & this fuels me to move forward .

My approach to therapy is authentic and direct. But life is too short not to laugh. While I adhere to a professional therapeutic structure, this will be a casual space where you will not be given labels, only a space to be heard, to be accepted…
